This prayer and the concept of retaining sins unto others is extremely controversial for many Christians. This has mostly to do with confusion around the subject and not understanding what the scriptures say about this. There have also been those who took this to an extreme and used it as a tool of witchcraft almost to project judgment on those who don’t agree with them. Not making use of this truth and ignoring it or completely misusing it does not take away from the fact that the (organic) Church i.e. believers are to be a light in this world and beacon and standard for what’s true and righteous in this world. When we to take up our responsibility and apply this powerful prayer, we would also re-introduce the power of God into the church world-wide. For those who question whether this kind of prayer is unloving must understand that love will do whatever it can to protect those who are loved. Sometimes this means we must do the necessary to defend another from an assailant. It also means we may need to employ measures to prevent an evil person from committing harm top another. This too is love in action. Love is righteous, and true, and will stand up for the vulnerable, the innocent, the weak and all those who can’t defend themselves. Sometimes there is no other way to protect people but that the perpetrators are physically prevented from causing further death and destruction on earth. For eternity they are forgiven and redeemed, but here on earth their sin is retained unto them, and they are delivered unto satan for the destruction of their flesh. 1 Corinthians 5: 5 To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus. John 20: 23 Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; and whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained.

The forces of darkness were bound and restrained two thousand years ago when Jesus defeated them in the supreme court of Heaven. The court made out an order against the dark cosmic powers prohibiting them any access in the earth. This is what the “binding and losing” refers to in scripture. Man was placed in the earth to exercise their sovereign dominion. But man used it to give opportunity back to satan to influence our world. One of the biggest strongholds satan built in the earth through man who yielded and contracted with him, mostly unknowingly, is the current financial debt-based FIAT system. The banking cartel in the world have been the main proponents of this evil. Most modern wars were engineered through this system, and so many people today live in debts they can never pay back. We must agree in prayer to stop this oppressive and deceptive financial system otherwise it will push us into a technocracy-based prison from which no one on earth could escape. We know this is not the will of God and that God is much greater than all of this. Our prayers will give God powerful windows to intervene and end this age-old imperialistic monolith, and set people, cities, and whole nations free from this oppression. Requesting audience in Heaven's Court

Requesting audience in Heaven's Court - If an injunction is sought via a civil court, a solicitor or the complainant themselves will request listing for their case to be heard. The court will normally issue a date with time slot. This prayer is a reflection of that principle. In Daniel 7:13-14 we see the Son of Man appear before the Ancient of Days. This hearing resulted in the ruling for the crowning of the King of Kings. "and there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed". The formal address of "Ancient of Days" is applied in this setting even though you are praying to the Father. Court has it's own etiquette and protocol. This setting is appropriate when interceding for serious world affairs.   
You can use this prayer and make it your own as you join in agreement.
